Just moved out because of job relocation after living at Fairway Hills for 30 months. If you enjoy peace of mind, quiet and security, this is the place. It is extremely quiet and I enjoyed that. The icing on the cake is the staff led by Sherrie. Maintenance was never an issue. Put it on the app and it was usually fixed the next day. Any problem with the rent, Sherrie would address immediately. I would go back in a minute.

Had to relocate but all around great apartment. Rent was the perfect rate, the apartment itself was amazing and the leasing office team led by Sherrie was amazing the entire team of the lease. Maintenance was always quick to fix things so all around 5/5 stars.

As a vendor we love the staff at Fairway Hills. Sherrie, DJ and Charles are always available and willing to help. Sherrie’s scheduling of her vendors is top notch. It’s always timely and rarely any last minute changes. They are by far one of our best customers.

Other than the laundry room experience with other tenants leaving their clothes in the washers/dryers for days, our experience here was not bad. Maintenance was friendly and fast, Sherrie at the front desk was always great help. Gym was nice & area was very peaceful

Sherrie, the Community Manager at Fairway Hills, has been fantastic support for our family. I can’t say enough about how great this apartment complex has been for my daughter! As a college student, safety was our top priority, and this complex has really provided peace of mind for my husband and me. The area feels secure, and the management team is proactive and responsive when it comes to safety measures, which really puts us at ease.
